Each of those arrests is made by a law enforcement officer \u2026 and each day we should thank them for their service to keep our families safe by making our roads safer.<\/p>\n<p>January 9th, however, is a special day for thanks.<\/p>\n<h2>National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day<\/h2>\n<p>It\u2019s <a class=\"text-red\" href=\"https:\/\/madd.org\/get-involved\/law-enforcement-appreciation-day\/\">National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day<\/a>. It\u2019s a day when all of us should say a collective thank you to officers who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.
