Officer Salinas\u2019 dedication earned him the Mother\u2019s Against Drunk Driving Commitment Hero Award in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Officer Salinas is scheduled to become a certified Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor for his department as well as an Intoxylizer Operator. <\/p>\n<p>MADD is proud to select Officer Victor Salinas as its September 2020 Officer of the Month.
