Iesha Berry serves as the DocuSign Vice President and Chief\nDiversity and Engagement Officer (CDEO), and Head of People Experience. In this\nrole she directly engages with DocuSign\u2019s executive staff, and team members\naround the globe. As the CDEO, Iesha focuses on accelerating the DocuSign\nDiversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity strategy as well as oversees the\ncontinued evolution of the DocuSign IMPACT and sustainability efforts. She and\nher team support the continued amplification and impact of employee resource\ngroups, inclusive talent development along with diverse pipeline sourcing and\noutreach. As Head of People Experience, Iesha is responsible for cultivating\nthe right culture for DocuSign and embedding an incredible experience for all\nat every stage of the employee lifecycle; and directly leading DocuSign\u2019s\nFuture of Work efforts related to where and how employees work.

<\/o:p><\/p>

Iesha is a human capital executive with over 20 years of\nexperience in the human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion space.\nMost recently Iesha served as the first Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity\nOfficer for Slalom where she led the company\u2019s diversity and inclusion\nprograms, as well as its environmental, social responsibility, and\nsustainability efforts. Prior to her work at Slalom, Iesha was the Senior Vice\nPresident of Market and Site Human Resources at Bank of America and previously served\nas a HR Executive for the Retirement, Business Controls and Operational\nExcellence teams as well as Head of Diversity and Inclusion for BofA\u2019s Wealth\nManagement division. In addition, Iesha has served in a variety of related\nglobal roles across various companies and industries including Pfizer,\nMicrosoft and Prudential Financial.

<\/o:p><\/p>

Prior to starting her professional career, Iesha earned an\nM.A. in HR\/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a\nB.A. in Psychology from Tougaloo College in Mississippi, and received a\nDiversity Practitioner\/Advanced Practitioner certification from Cornell\nUniversity. Berry is a Diversity First 2021 and 2022 Top Diversity Officer\nrecipient, Winter 2022 Diversity Woman Elite 100 honoree, 2019 30 Black Stars\nin Industry Awardee, active member of (2018-2020) for the Charlotte, North Carolina\nChapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.\nIesha is a former Advisory Board Member of the International Network for the\nProfessional Development of Women and previously served as a member of the\nConference Board Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council along with\nserving on the Councils\u2019 Executive Board. She is a 2022 member of\nChief(www.chief.com) as well as Board Member of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk\nDriving) and the Racial Justice Institute. In 2017, she co-authored a book\ntitled We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight: Women of Faith in the Marketplace and\nis working on her second book to be co-authored with her mother Antoinique D.\nBowman.
